Shipping of online orders within Australia
Robin Wells Jewellery offers free shipping within Australia on orders over $150 when sent by standard Australia Post.
Express post incurs the standard Australia Post express post rate as calculated by weight and is posted from the CBD in Perth. This is usually a 500g express bag costing $15 Depending on your location, delivery will be within 3-7 business days.
Items are generally posted within 2 days of ordering unless otherwise stated in the product description, eg. Made to order items.
In the event we are out of stock of the item you have ordered, you will be contacted directly.
Shipping of online orders: International
All Robin Wells Jewellery items are proudly designed and made in Australia. They can be shipped to most countries around the world. To confirm if shipping is available to you, please email Robin at robin@robinwellsjewellery.com.au
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the receiver in that country.
Items are shipped by standard Australia Post at a rate calulated at checkout, around $25. Items can be express posted internationally also at a cost of $45.
Shipping of wholesale orders
Shipping on wholesale orders within Australia is $15. Shipping is via Australia Post and sent with a tracking number.
International orders attract a $45 shipping fee. Shipping is via Australia Post and sent with a tracking number.
If all items ordered are available, shipping occurs within 2 weeks. If any ordered item is out of stock, you will be notified and ordering time may take up to 6 weeks for delivery.
Exchanges and returns
Robin Wells jewellery hopes that you are completely delighted with your jewellery or decoration! In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the full priced item(s) for a refund, store credit or exchange for a different item within two weeks of receiving the item.
There are no refunds or returns on sale items. If returning an item, please email Robin Wells Jewellery with your original order number and reason for return prior to posting back to:

Payments
Online payments are processed with PayPal, Square or by direct bank deposit. If delivery is via pick up from the studio COD or credit card payments can be arranged.
